Nothing bespeaks summer in a small town like the merry jingle of an ice cream truck, right? Well, one all-American burg is about to welcome one particularly pernicious popsicle purveyor (Ari Millen)…and the sweet treats that he foists off on the local kids turns them into rampaging homicidal maniacs. It’s up to the handful of children who passed on the contaminating confections to stop the carnage, in Eli Roth’s jaw-dropping, over-the-top shockfest.
